BACKGROUND

Born in England on August 25, 1944, Johan emigrated to South Africa at a young age.  Upon finishing high school, he joined a group of Accountants:  Sachs, De Jager & Duplessis, and signed up for a five-year Article Clerk program.  During that time, he studied accountancy, business management and real estate at the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg.  Once he had gained enough knowledge, he started working on his own and soon formed a Real Estate development company.  In 1980 he introduced Timeshare to South Africa and developed for his own account various coastal and inland resort projects.  Johan also developed and owned various hotel projects, as well as a shopping centre in Fourways, South Africa.

Johan’s hobby was in the movie industry which turned out to become a full time hobby and he developed a series of Hollywood movies.

In 1992, he and his family immigrated to the United States where he resides and is a U.S. Citizen.  Today he continues in the movie and property development industries in the United States under the following corporations.

AFF INTERNATIONAL, INC.

AFF International, Inc. (formerly Animated Family Films, Inc.) is an active C-corporation which continues to distribute movies on a worldwide basis and receives royalties and sales income on a regular basis.

Various new projects are under consideration and negotiations with Hollywood film makers are ongoing, including The Return of the Watchers.
